
Thank you for choosing me for your special occasion. This $25 deposit will secure your order date. The deposit amount will be credited to your final order total. Deposits are refundable up to 5 calendar days before your booked date.
Order deposits are non-refundable after the cancelation deadline. Every order is a custom piece of magic made just for you. This requires specialty items being handcrafted in advance. Any completed portion of a canceled order is donated to our local Shelter and Pantries.
The balance of your order must be paid 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date/time. We do not accept checks, money orders or COD.
We can arrange delivery ($10-$25), location dependent. Order pickups are from 7400 Carmelita Ave Atascadero, 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and by appointment only on weekends.
We typically email 3-5 days before your event date to confirm and finalize any details. Please don’t hesitate reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to working with you!
